The view from the room was amazing, very comfortable room. Relaxing by the pool was great and a good breakfast was an extra. Staff were also amazing and very helpful, especially carrying the bags up and down the steps from our room. The family loved it.
As a resort the only thing that could have been better would have been a pool bar that was open, could have created a great atmosphere for guests to mingle. It was also a bit of a walk into the main town but it was pleasant with the views.

The property is located down by the cliff side overlooking the sea and Caldera Volcano, the views are to die for with a beautiful sunset.
The fact you had to turn the hot water on by a fuse switch and it only lasted for one shower then wait 15 minutes for the next person.

The room and views were amazing. Loved the family atmosphere and the location just outside of Fira. Good restaurants nearby and their breakfast and snack bar was great. The people were very friendly and helpful and their help with the luggage and setting up transfers were great.
Our group was a little older so the stairs was good exercise, but a little exhausting and you did not want to forget anything in your room. But being down meant no noise from the streets or from other hotels.

Such a beautiful property. The views are spectacular! Very clean, staff was attentive, helpful with transportation, recommendations for dinner, etc. Such a delightful stay. Will definitely stay there again.
