Property was nice and quiet, breakfast was pleasant. Second room we got given was really nice with a huge bed and loads of space. Plenty of cuppa tea facilities with shortbread biscuits, branded coffee and tea bags lovely touch. The fan in the room was brilliant as it was red hot. The staff are fantastic aswell
We went up to our original room and the bathroom had sick in the sink and you could tell the room had not been cleaned - went straight to reception and this was fixed and we got a different room luckily. The lifts are a bit of a nightmare with how busy the hotel gets and only 2 lifts as one was broken.

Great location and large on-site car park.
Tired, dirty, the walls are paper thin. I understand that it’s a hotel room, there may be some noise from next door, but when you can hear every light switch, cough and footstep, it’s a bit much. I also didn’t appreciate housekeeping banging on the door at 10.15 when weekend checkout is not until 11.
