Excellent location, easy walk into town. Historical significance of the Pousada. Layout of the facilities and size of the room. Choice at breakfast and friendliness and efficiency of staff.
Towels were a little past their sell by date - stiff and over laundered.
Lack of electrical sockets in the room. Suitable placement of a socket, mirror, table and chair to dry my hair! This is a common fault in many hotels.
Lack of usb sockets in room - come on, upgrade the sockets.

Lovely food selection at breakfast.
Pool with comfortable sunbeds, and near bar for drinks and snacks.

Exquisite, historic property with a beautiful cloistered courtyard. Very special to have such a gorgeous swimming pool. One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had! Superb staff.
Our room on the upper floor needs updating. Could be more thoughtfully designed
