Lovely pool, lovely people

Some of the building was a little tired although this didn't affect my experience

Exceptional place and exceptional staff behavior and hospitality. Clean, relaxing, good food and services. If someone is looking for a resort to stay in langkawi....this is the place

We liked everything however they can provide airport pickup and drop service for all the guests staying. In addition they can make langkawi sight seeing packages that will add to convinience

The beach is very big and quite empty, when the tide goes out you can walk out super far and the water is warm. The room was spacious, clean, and had good amenities (fridge, tea, shampoo/conditioner/lotion). The pools were big and pretty.

There are sand flies if you walk down the beach to the right which leave horrible bits that last for days, and no one warns you/there are no signs/notices/warnings from staff. The food was fine but nothing exceptional. If you want to do anything in town or any activity it will take 30 minutes to get to and grabs often take 10-15 minutes to come, so I would only stay here again if I didn’t want to do anything but lay at the beach/pool. The TV does not have apps like Netflix/HBO/Prime that you can log in to, only a few channels. My room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. Hotel would not arrange an airport shuttle within two days of stay which was annoying even though Grabs from the airport are available.
