TUI BLUE Palm Garden

Good as always! I first came here as a kid with my parents, and now I'm coming with my own family. Excellent food options, green territory, clean sea, friendly staff. Lots of vegan options to choose from, amazing selection of vegetables. My kudos to the kitchen of all restaurants! Volleyball, mobility training and everything with Hüseyin are my favorite activities, but others are good, too. I would also highlight that Zeynep is a perfect example of why this hotel is considered a family to many guests. She remembers everything and does a lot without requests, simply because she knows what we like. As for the waiters and barmen: Ali Fuat, night barmen from the lobby bar and one more guy who works with Ali went out of their ways to make our evening experience as good as possible. Night managers in the lobby are friendly and active, even though this job is very difficult. Life savers are very attentive, especially when kids are swimming, and the rest of the team is also perfectly trained. Nice to see that the hotel is still exceeds expectation, despite recent changes in the team. It was lovely to come back! Wish you many more years with happy guests!

The garden and the reception services

There was very little entertainment if ever. Not good singers, concerts, plays.

The service, the food, the cleanliness, the attentiveness of the staff, the quality and value for money! Lived the water slides, fitness activities, availability of food options. The trampoline in the sea was a huge attraction as the sea itself is not as great to swim in. The facility is not as huge as some of the other resorts, but in a good way. You can walk from one side to the other so it feels more manageable and less overwhelming.

There were a couple of incidents with individual staff members that were red flags, but the management handled it well afterwards. The swimmig pool gets dirty over the course of the day which is normal, but there could be a better way to manage the cleanliness of it (by pumping more fresh water, imposing more rules, having more thorough cleaning overnight etc). People just put their towels to reserve sunbeds and don’t even show up for hours! Management should do sth about it, as it is very annoying.
