Merci au personnel du spa Merci au coiffeur Ritchard qui etait tres patients avec nos filles.

Chambre: oreillers de mauvaise qualité Couettes insuffisantes. Menage laisse à desirer Robinetrie a revoir dans la salle de bain Restaurant: pas de fruits sec le matin comme les pruneaux Pas de varietes telle que les crepes ou pencake tous les jours ,des ouefs au plat,omelette ,ouefs durs peuvent etre simultanés tous les deux jours, Dejeuner diner a revoir les menus ,c pas fameux sur les gouts. Baklava simple couches de pate sans amendes ou pistache. Activités : yoga a 10h30 a cotes de la piscine beaucoups de bruit. Club des enfants pas terrible. Le reste pas tres interessants, Les spectacles nocturnes quasi absent sejour de 10 jours 2 spectales uniquement.

Clean, large rooms, nice pools, great aquapark, direct access to the beach, nice gardens

Food wasn’t of great quality, beach had small pebbels rather than sand

The location is ok, the beach is ok, most of the facilities are in place. Stuff is ok.

The hotel is huge but unmaintained. Lots of rust, some half broken things. Most of the things could use a renovation, they are old and have seen their time. No facilities for babies apart from the provided bed and a suitable bathroom. If you have a small baby that is fine but if you have an infant who needs some activities, like our 1 year old - the baby will be bored to death. No suitable playgrounds, the playground for smaller kids has tiles on the floor - a baby can easily fall badly. Another playground has proper cover but is dirty and there are lots of rusty parts that are dangerous for kids. Not too many activities in general and the kids club has almost nothing. There is a place with paid gaming machines, like air hockey etc and it's paid. Our older 8 year old kid wanted to buy 10 coins there and the cashier wanted to charge him 10 euros more! Luckily he had the exact amount of money on his bank card and the transaction did not succeed. I consider this one of the worst things that an adult could do - stealing from a kid. I made a complaint about this but not much seems to be done and nobody seemed surprised. Our son got a couple of free coins and apologies afterwards but it's still not acceptable in any way. Our kids got sick also and we had to go to the so called doctor in the hotel. She is actually a nurse and does not seem to be capable of doing anything suitable and seems to be speaking only Turkish properly. She was just forwarding photos of my Google translate screen to some other person and was not able to say anything apart from "go to hospital" or "ok". The food was average, nothing special and also half of the restaurant was mostly closed because it is also huge. The amount of options was not too large. We were thinking about feeding an infant with that as well but he is not able to chew properly yet. There was a blender to use for that but it was just lying around always dirty.
