One&Only Royal Mirage Resort Dubai

Friendly staff Excellent breakfast buffet Palace pool was very nice Comfortable bed Spacious and clean room

In room dining quality not as good as other premium hotels in Dubai.

Friendly and very helpful staff throughout the property. Drift Beach Club was a highlight with excellent facilities and team members. We also loved the beach walk, the beautiful green gardens, and the well-equipped gym."

We visited looking forward to the palace pool, but were surprised to learn upon arrival that it was under refurbishment. The main pool was also heavily family and child-oriented, so we felt lucky to have access to Drift Beach Club. While the main hotel breakfast offered a good variety, the quality fell short of our expectations, though we preferred the food at Drift Beach Club despite its limited menu. Additionally, as a young couple, we felt the overall property was geared more toward families and older guests.

Everything! The slide in the pool is great, the spa is stunning, breakfast was beautiful. Staff were providing a lovely service to make our stay perfect!

Nothing!

The bed was incredibly comfortable! Reception staff were helpful The breakfast and facilities overall were very good.

The service wasn’t as I’d expect, at times a little slow. The pool area was very busy and when we requested an area in the shade we were declined as the shaded areas were chargeable, which is not acceptable when you are paying a premium to stay at a property I left an expensive electric toothbrush when we checked out, which I emailed staff about and received no reply at all.
