Location and it had everything we needed for our shot stay.
It could be renovated, specially the bathroom.

Special thank you to the cleaning staff who did a great job preparing my room! I had asked for a hair dryer and adapter plugs and they were in my room perfectly ready for my stay. The staff was wonderful, welcoming and efficient.
There is a horrible smell in the bathroom. You really can't stay in the bathroom more than a few minutes before you need to get out to fresher air. Seems to be a serious chronic problem with the plumbing / sewage system.

"The room was very comfortable and the staff at reception very helpful. The Metro station and bus station are very close, so it's easy to get to the attractions in Paris."
