Staff was polite, extremely helpful, courteous, professional, extremely clean, room beautiful, beds comfortable, breakfast excellent, short distance to Blarney Castle

Great location if you’re visiting the Blarney Castle. Parking onsite available. Room was the largest we had during our Ireland visit, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Staff was incredible, giving great tips and very helpful during our stay.

nice spacious (but hot) room and it was within 2 minutes walk to the castle grounds which proved to be a real bonus after spending a long day exploring the castle and it's grounds. Staff at the hotel were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Our room on the top floor (I note that our bags were carried up to our room on arrival) it was well kitted out with the usual tea making facilities and plenty of areas for luggage etc good sized bed . We did visit during a mini heatwave and found the room very warm (even with the fan provided) if you're used to air con rooms then unfortunately blarney castle is not for you. we had a pleasant meal in the bar area and breakfast on the morning before leaving, breakfast proved to be limited to cooked items except a baked scone (which we found a bit strange for a breakfast offer) again if you're seeking a continental style breakfast look elsewhere. The cooked breakfast was served hot and was tasty

the heat and lack of air con the lack of choice towards a continental style breakfast offer (even some yogurt and fruit would have sufficed)
