All good.

The property was exceptionally clean and tidy, in a good location- easy to find but on a fairly quiet road. Parking is directly in front of the house and there is a bus stop over the road with a half hourly service to Gosport. The breakfast room though small offered a good choice of breads, pastries, yoghurts and fruits, tea, coffee and juices, etc.
The room we stayed in, and the breakfast room were very compact, not an issue for a short stay. Maybe over a longer period of days this would become wearing.

Great location and rooms.
During past visits we have enjoyed a superb cooked breakfast. The breakfast area has now been converted to offer only self service continental breakfast.
Only after calling a mobile phone number did we find out that we should enter the B&B ourselves and collect our keys that had been left on the wall.
Again in the past we have always been welcomed personally by the owners.
