Great location
No elevator! I didn’t realize that when booking. We were put on the very top floor

Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. There was heating already in mid-September - and it was really needed considering the weather... The location is excellent, Waverly Station, central bus station, old town are pretty close. Also many good restaurants nearby. Nice staff (although not permanently in the guesthouse).
First of all, it's not a hotel, it's a guesthouse. It's not a problem, but one might expect a hotel upon Booking.com or Google Maps at first glance. It is in a pretty old building, thus there is no lift, and the stairs are steep. It could be a problem for elders. (However, a man from the staff helped with the luggage.) A cabinet or wardrobe would be useful in the room - there is enough space.

Location v good
We had room 4a which involved remembering a bathroom code key which was across the hall not ideal esp late at night. The room was tiny not much hanging space or storage thought really very expensive for what it was
