Hotel Mosaic City Centre

Good space for 3 persons + big bags, 3 beds for each, location was good and close to the very good public transportation, the localtion was alright. All as requested. We didn't had breakfeast but there are a lot of good spots close, 5 minutes max walking. Close to the center and main attractions, up to 20/30 minutes walking, that in our case was no problem. Very close to the Hotel there was a tram station, so in case you need, you can get one to our out of the area and to a central area or connections. Not getting a higher note because of the breakfeast (we didin't have it, personal choise), but for the room and what we used in the Hotel, was up to the standards.

Location is perfect and rooms are very comfortable.

The staff at the front desk were really nice.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It severely dipped in the middle, swallowing my husband whole. I was left clambering to the very edge, trying not to get sucked in with him. This was an all-night, never-ending battle. Not good knowing our next night will be spent trying to sleep upright on a transatlantic, 16-hour flight home in economy class. The balcony had no door handle to open it and see any views. The bathroom was tiny with a small square shower (good luck to the average-sized person bending over to wash their feet!). The room in general was minute with zero free space to put two (2), standard-sized suitcases. Lastly, the people freely smoking weed in the hallways would make your eyes water. I really liked the friendly front desk staff but "no", I'm not staying again.
