For my colleagues and I the location is very important because we have engagements at the Euro parliament. Tram station across the street. Good food for breakfast plus orange fresh juice. Friendly personal. The most helpful and efficient is MrNicola Gikov. Everyone may rely on him, he knows his job, answers variety of questions about the hotel and the city. He is gentle and professional. After meeting him we decided to book this hotel again in October.

The service was good, the rooms were clean and nicely designed, and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel also offers plenty of amenities, which would made the stay enjoyable overall.

Unfortunately, I encountered the same problem mentioned by several other guests. For some reason, the AC seems to be capped at a certain temperature or period of operation. After blowing mildly cool air for a while, it simply turns off completely, making it practically impossible to cool the room down. I stayed during the summer heat, and this made spending time in the room extremely uncomfortable. From what I understood, the hotel presents this as an environmentally friendly measure. While I appreciate the idea in principle, air conditioning that cannot effectively cool the room defeats its purpose. Unfortunately, this one issue made an otherwise potentially pleasant stay feel miserable.
