Ko Tao Paradise Resort

This stay was the highlight of our Thailand trip! The location was superb and the views are unrivalled! I could spend all day looking at the views from the infinity pool. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful freedom beach and shark bay. The shuttle service was so handy and ran every 30 minutes. The room was huge and comfortably fit our family of 5, and we loved our big balcony and outdoor spa (we stayed 1 night in a family room, and then upgraded to the sea view room!) The staff were all lovely and helped to organise us a private boat tour which was fantastic!!

The hotel was a bit dated, and the showers could be improved, but it wouldn’t stop me booking here again!

The whole front desk team was amazing! Thanks Koko and Veevy. The free transfers from the hotel were really great and helpful! The hotel was very nice and you can tell it was a great place when just built.

I understand that there are some works being done in the building (these didn’t affect our stay at all) but I would suggest not to allocate the adjoining rooms to guests that are not together when there are plenty of rooms available at the property. We could see that there was some leaks and some improvements needed to maintain the place in better condition, as it is a bit tired at the moment.

Friendly staff, stunning view! Pool and outdoor shower was useful too.

The view is amazing. The room was big and bright. The staff was generally nice, especially Koko.

The hotel is not well maintained. The biggest problems being health hazards, which I think they should fix asap. 1. We had mold in our bathroom ceiling. The bad kind. They cleaned it twice, yet it came back! 2. The water in the faucet. Sometimes it was as brown as black tea. Other times it had a very strong smell of chlorine. My son got really sick (high feavor), I don't know if it is related... Food was mediocre at best Unfortunately, woyld not return.
