The staff were incredibly friendly, respectful, and helpful throughout our stay. They were especially attentive when it came to food hygiene and making sure everything was safe and comfortable for international travellers like me. They listened carefully to my requests and were always very accommodating.
The riad itself was clean, comfortable, and absolutely charming. You can really tell how much care and effort they put into creating a welcoming experience for their guests. Every promise was kept, everything went smoothly, and I genuinely have nothing to complain about. We had a wonderful stay!
I didn’t have the chance to use the pool, but I do wish it had been a little bigger and slightly more separated from the dining area. I completely understand that space is limited upstairs, so this wasn’t really an issue for me, just something that would have made the rooftop area even nicer.

We loved that it was on the outskirts of the Medina, quiet, and easy to find. You can easily walk to the Blue Gate without a guide. The breakfast was delicious! The staff was gracious and accommodating to give us our breakfast earlier each day to accommodate our schedules. There was even black soap in our bathroom. Rooftop was lovely and since we were the only ones there it felt comfortable.

The riad is in a central location that is relatively quiet and 10mins by foot from the medina, so super convenient. The White room we had is modern, clean, and has a big shower with great water pressure, something we really needed after 2 nights in the desert. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was great too and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. We did a cooking class one of the days with Samira and would highly recommend it!
The riad can be slightly tricky to locate the first time as the parking lot and school referenced in the directions provided were not on GoogleMaps but once you know it, it's easy to get to. Our room was on the ground floor so it was a little noisy as we could hear everyone checking in/out but this was not a major issue for us.
