Very good location, easy walk to anywhere; including the Stop&Shop, liquor store and a bike rentals. What I liked best is how the kitchen is equipped well. A full 4-burner little induction stove oven and fridge. There are even 3 types of coffee makers. We arrived during the heatwave and the window AC unit was great for cooling down the place fast. The bed is a good size for two and equivalent to a sofa bed in comfort, when extended out. When it cooled down a bit on the last day, it was enough to leave the windows open and get a breeze even though the windows don’t face the ocean. There are no views really, other than to a parking lot and adjacent buildings, but because it is tucked away among other buildings, it is very quiet. Good shower and water heater too.

Cannot beat the location! Waterfront and an easy walk to everything! We stopped at the monkey bar every night for a nightcap (or 2)Parking was offsite, but very easily accessible.

What a cosy nest for my stay in P-Town! Small studio just right for one person. Comfy bed, and a pleasant easy chair. With my arthritis, it was a 20 minute walk to town center, but there were taxis had I actually needed one. I was there 4 nights and would certainly recommend this place!!

Location was great. Bed and cleanliness was below average.
