Overall, this property is good. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. My ferry came in early and they allowed for an early check in. They even accommodated a later checkout due to my ferry leaving after the normal checkout time. However, I was not aware that this was a first floor unit and another family was staying above me. It did get quite loud when the family was going up and down the stairs, which is located immediately outside the bedroom door. Overall, I had an amazing time in Provincetown and this property was in a great place.

This property is in a great location for a weekend in Provincetown! It is centrally located and easy to find. This is my first time staying at a location that did not offer a parking spot, we had no trouble finding one for the weekend. The home was clean and overall as described. The host was responsive to messages. We did not cook, but it appeared that the kitchen was well appointed. A few things that made our stay a little short of a five star review: we were left with 1.25 rolls of toilet paper for two people for four days so after spending 850 for a weekend, I had to go out and buy toilet paper. I booked this property specifically for the king-size bed. However, the bed sinks into the middle so you just roll into each other all night. This defeated the purpose of the king size bed. I know beds are subjective but, by Sunday, we were contemplating leaving a day early bc of the back pain. The shower only got lukewarm despite the sink water being very hot. On a cold, rainy weekend taking a cold shower was not ideal. Overall, I would recommend this location.

Great location in the center of it all! Clean apartment, easy check in. Pet friendly a plus! Spacious and a great value. Will stay here again.

Everything about this unit was ok. It's more than enough space for 2 people and a dog, the location is amazing and the owners were helpful and communicative. I know they own/manage other properties and I would rent from them again, but probably not this unit. The cabinetry appears to have been custom built but most of it is falling apart or doesn't quite work as intended. They gave me a heads up that the bathroom cabinet had a broken door, no biggie, but it ALL needs some TLC. The kitchen upgrades are nicer, but the oven display doesn't work properly so you can't tell what temperature you're setting them to. Living area is great, but could use a more comfortable couch. Despite there being what appeared to be ample people parking in front of and next to the unit, there is no parking available. Could be a town regulation? I didn't love that it was coin laundry, but it was serviceable and nearby. That said, what I can't forgive is they only provided 1 towel per person for the whole week. We ended up doing laundry three times which is not how anyone wants to spend vacation. Owners are so nice and responsive, but the issues I found were in the bones and they need to spend some money to really get the value of the space. It's not luxury, but with some upgrades it 100% could be.
