Why Me Eco-friendly Rooms - metro access

I am here for the third time and I am very satisfied. The owners welcomed me in such a wonderful way, like we are friends for ages :-) They added solar panels on the roof and told me that from now on the showers are running on solar. It's great to see that they always try to improve and think about nature at the same time. The owners are so helpful. I lost my suite case and they were calling the airport several times. They also arranged everything I needed. Thank you Inna and Rosik, you are both great hosts. I couldn't manage everything without you. I will always come back here.

I had again a fantastic stay. In my room I had probably a new matrass which was even more comfy than the one before. I truly like the combination of a guest house and hostel with amazing owners which treats you like a family member. As a sustainable property they have solar heated showers and a rainwater system for the water in the toilets. The location is incredibly convenient, even tho not being located in the center it's next to the metro station (200m) and only 10 mins travel time right in the heart of Tbilisi. This place is clean, safe and comfy.

Ottima struttura non manca nulla… ottima posizione per vistare Tblisi .. la metto e’ a pochi metri di distanza. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale ed accogliente. Super consigliato ed un grazie infinito a Rosik per l’ottimo soggiorno. Grazie !!

The location wasn't bad. The use of a remote "key" to the front gate was nice. Getting picked up at the airport in the wee hours of the morning (for a fee, of course) was convenient. The hosts were both sick, so it explains why they were not very able to be upbeat and fully present.

The room was small and rather shabby. The noise level from the young male hostel dwellers conversing well into the night was a bit irritating, and their dirty dishes were left in the little sink in the small "dining area" and that was a little tough to handle. The window was no protection against noise nor the cold getting in. There are two private rooms on that second level, along with the kitchenette (a microwave and a small sink), and dining table. My room was butt up against that common area. I heard from the person staying in the other room that hers was much larger than my room. Since it was a distance away from the common area, the larger room also was more insulated from the noise .....so, it was just my bad luck that I got the inferior room. If you are thinking about getting a room there, I would find out first if it is the small one or the larger quieter one.
