The owner is the nicest person and the hotel itself is super clean and neat.

Nice and quiet hotel, fully equipped kitchen to use. Swimming pool and sauna present. Clean rooms, close to metrostation and at airportside of the city.

Quiet and not much interaction with other guests or staff.

Cozy and with a home like environment, rather quiet to be in the city!

Nothing special to dislike!

The housekeeper was lovely and helpfull, she let us keep the baggages on the reception for the last day we haven't even been accomodated.

We took this place mostly because of the Sauna, that was in the description of the room stated as a "standout feature" indicating that is free of charge of us. However it wasn't. The housekeeper spoke only in russian, so we had a conversation mostly with the manager via chat. The manager spoke poor english which didn't discourage him from communicating with us mainly through voice messages. He kept insisting on the fact that the Sauna is for additional fee as he claimed is stated on the booking. Regarding his poor english and the fancy words used in the description of the room, it was crystal clear that he used generative AI to make the description of the room, which would be completely fine, if he would have had any intuition for the language. TLDR: Sauna was stated to be a "standout feature" in the room description, what cleary indicates it as a free of charge service for the room, which it was not. Otherwise it was fine, but bearing in mind that we took it mostly for the sauna, it was pretty bad.
