Owner very welcoming and helpful, clean warm room in a good location, car safe.
Everything was good, a little outdated but it is a big building to have to keep changing the decor. It was comfy.

First class for the very reasonable rate. Welcoming, helpful landlord Arif, who upgraded us to the family room as it was vacant. Clean hotel, secure car parking, Breakfast at £8 is optional so can't comment. Room was very clean, and nicely decorated, crisp white bedding, good quality pillows and very comfortable mattresses. We would recommend this hotel unreservedly. If we ever come back to Blackpool we will confidently book it again!!

It was a very basic hotel, the host there was good.
There was loud music coming from the neighbouring hotel, from when we checked in at 2pm until 11pm,
My 7 year old son didn't get off to sleep until near midnight, which was not good.
