Quiet the rooms where very clean and really cosy and the bed was so comfortable

The bedroom was clean, the room is affordable and the location is excellent.
There are various websites mentioning *an excellent breakfast* and there is no food available. This needs removing and/or updating, otherwise everything was good.

The room that we had is was lovely and warm fridge was a bonus we will definitely stay again
That there was not an option for breakfast but we went to a cafe just down the road
