Oi Qaragai Mountain Resort

Great location, lots to do, breakfast was great.

Could be more accommodating to paying guests, for example, we made a reservation at the top of the resort cable car, but they wanted to charge us to get up there. This would have added an unnecessary cost to our meal so we cancelled the booking out of principle. The cable car was very quiet and running anyway. Little things like giving us a complementary pass to attend our reservation would go a long way. Seems like this charge was a little petty.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! The location is beautiful, and the experience of taking a cable car to reach our vacation home was unique and memorable. The snow-capped mountain views from our room were simply breathtaking. Special thanks to Ms. Adina at reception, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. Although we were initially allocated a room without a mountain view, she made a few calls and arranged a mountain-facing room for us. She also went out of her way to arrange Jain buckwheat porridge for our breakfast and kindly extended our checkout time upon request. Her hospitality made our stay truly special.

There was nothing significant that we disliked. Everything was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

The location is amazing, and peaceful. Resort facilities are really good especially the free transfers to different locations. Food was also good at Georgian restaurant.

There was limited staff to carry luggage from Room to reception as there were stairs and no elevators. On one of the Rides there was no seat belt and with a 3 year old they allowed us to buy tickets and sit. But it was very dangeorus.

Because it's in the area of adventure. recreational. Middle of the mountain.

The property itself is okay. but not recommended to senior,toddlers to stay in the area of the tree house. the room is located in the upper part of the Hotel. Stairs are available but needed a lot of walking.
