Novotel Nürnberg Centre Ville

Modern hotel, room was a decent size

Pool wasn’t heated as claimed, room service very slow, delivered drinks with no way to open the bottles. Waited over an hour for them to rectify. Room was ready when we arrived about 1 hour earlier than check in. Had to pay or sign up for an unwanted website to access room. Every other property we have stayed in during our trip have permitted access early without question if the room was ready. Happy to wait if the room isn’t ready, but not sure what else they were going to use the room for during this 1 hour!!

The hotel is in a great location, and was generally ok.

We could hear lots of noise coming from the floor above, like children or people were running up as down the corridor late into the night.

It was well located near the train station and town centre. The room was large and bed comfortable. There were two large beds for a family with teenagers.

When checking out we weren’t acknowledged by the 3 staff members who stood at the desk and continued to talk despite us being there. Other than this we had a good stay
