AMAZING views, hot tub was such a nice feature, parking was convenient, large space, comfortable bed.
Check in was a little complicated, I wish check-in instructions were sent earlier because I didn’t have cell signal on the same phone I used to book.

The balcony and view was great! Great location too (apart from scary drive there). Cute cats outside.
The hot water ran out really quickly. Which is a bit troublesome for a group of 3. But it did reheat decently quickly.

The view from the balcony was nice. The overall place was clean. The bathroom looked brand new. Mateo did a nice job explaining the city to us.
I paid a little extra and really thought we were getting the place with the hot tub on the balcony. We were on the top floor with a nice view, but no hot tub. There was no table and chairs inside, so when it rained, no where to sit and have a drink and a snack. The coffee maker was not in the room with us, it was like 5 flights down in the reception area. Lastly, while the unit was clean, there were two large yellowish stains on the duvet.
