Great location, clean and comfortable room. New toilet, great stuff and great breakfast. Staff were super attentive.
The window didn’t lock—please fix it for child safety.
The lock on the toilet door is faulty, so it couldn’t be opened from inside the toilet. This needs fixing too. 😌

Great location, literally round the corner from South Kensington tube station. Room was lovely and clean & comfortable, had everything we needed.
Staff all really friendly & welcoming - great communication from them prior to us arriving.
Nice continental breakfast included in price - good value for money for a triple room.
Nothing we didn’t like, just be aware that we stayed in room 41 which was at the top of the building, up a number of steep stair cases.

Great location, good value for money, quiet and comfortable, friendly staff additional continental breakfast which we weren’t expecting. Would stay again!
There was nothing to dislike for the price. Hotel prices in London on a Saturday night are so expensive and this was great value.

Well located for South Kensington, museums and the Royal Albert Hall. The room is ok and the beds comfortable. The breakfast is adequate.
The en suite door squeaked loudly. The plug in the sink did not work. The tv did not work initially but was fixed. This hotel needs attention to detail.

"The property is in a great location, we were going to The Albert Hall, And it was in walking distance. Tube close by, bus routes."
