The staff were so so friendly and helpful with anything you need! The hotel is so clean and smells lovely. The rooms are amazing and the view we had of the castle was to die for. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Also the food they serve in the restaurant I would say is the best around that area. Thankyou so much for our stay we will be back!

The breakfast is lovely but they only offer the platter then eggs how you like obviously I’m not sure if that’s just a culture thing how they eat. But if they could have a menu for breakfast also that would be nice. Other than that there’s nothing we didn’t like.

The reason we choose this hotel was the location - and we did not get disappointed: our room had a perfect view of Bran castle and the entrance was a few steps away. So big tick. The room was specious, clean and the staff supper friendly and helpful. Parking is on the back of the hotel and free. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good with excellent service. Also had a long chat with the owner who is lovely and gave us some tips for the continuation of our trip. Very nice stay and would come back.

Everything was perfect - no complaints.

The staff, the service, the hospitality of everyone- from owners to bell boy. Breakfast was great, dinner at the hotel restaurant was great. We will come again.

Nothing to dislike.

Owners and staff were amazing. Very clean. Great breakfast. Very clean and spacious rooms. Location is probably the best in whole town. Private parking to rear.

Nothing.
