Exactly as advertised. Perfect for our family, clean, plenty of room and a short 1 min walk to the beach.

This was our second year staying here. The apartment is clean with all the main things that are needed. Perfect location. Having beach chairs there is a huge plus, too. Will definitely stay here again!

Our VRBO at Folly Beach was okay at best. The place was clean but it was very dated and contained the bare minimum features. The worst feature was the heating and cooling system that we could not control from our unit. Apparently the controls are located on the first floor and our upstairs unit got way too cold. On a positive note, the unit is located fairly close to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Also, the check in and out process was seamless.
