Great location. Clean condo. No little extras like paper towels in kitchen. Should have been provided.

The beach was great. The view was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time staying in this unit and an awesome experience as usual. There are a few things that could use updating and repair but overall very happy with this unit, it furnishing, dishes etc and would book again in the future. We were disappointed to see several dogs on the property and the lack of enforcement of the no pets policy only because one family member is highly allergic and if there had been pets in here before us we would have had major issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay despite the Red Tide plaguing the area that was out of everyone's control but the apartment itself needs some care. The beds and pillows are in woeful condition and need to be replaced. Huge dips in the middle. The lock on the door was also near impossible to open. It was difficult to get the keys in and out, and to turn the key. It always took several minutes to fiddle and get it open. The apartment is otherwise generally nice and the Island House itself is a fabulous property we've been going to for decades.
