Nives Bed & Breakfast

This was perhaps the most convenient parking of our whole European vacation! Right at the property. That in and of itself was a relief. Once inside, the place itself was very nice, spotlessly clean, and decorated in a manner that evoked Pompeii. Our AC worked great (it was warm when we were there), and the breakfast had all kinds of options - toast, juice, yogurt, various meats, rusks, and espresso and tea. It is literally steps from the main entrance to Pompeii. Considering all the walking you will do once inside, this is a godsend. It's also very close to restaurants outside the ruins and close to the Basilica. The host, Andrea, was super helpful, and his directions were very clear. This was a seamless, comfortable and convenient place to stay in Pompeii. The neighbors in the area were friendly and also seem to take pride in their homes and the neighborhood. It seems very safe and family-oriented in the area. Highly recommended!

Really lovely, helpful host. Generous breakfast provisions. Comfortable room. Very close and convenient for a tour of Pompei, and a walk into the Pompei town to restaurants and shops. Free parking on site.

Location was nice, owner was somehow helpful and kind when receiving us.

The room was cold and the heater didn’t work. The toilet was not flashing out properly, and sometimes you had to wait ~1 hour to flash twice. Also I couldn’t pay with credit card because it was broken and I ended up paying 9 euro more (paper receipt said 91 but I paid 100 and I was promised the change the day after but the owner didn’t show up). Finally, many steep stairs in case you’re with a stroller.
