A convenient location in old town, 10-15 min walk to the key art / cultural museums, bars, cafe around. the bed and shower is comfortable. The balcony is quite nice. It’s located at a historical building so get to experience the local view.
The room is a bit small. The staff on the first day I met were super friendly, the one I met on second day was napping in the reception counter and the service attitude was so so. Road renovation is going on nearby, need to pass the mud/soil area often when going to other places.

Great location and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean
Didn’t have the whole set of toiletries (toothbrush etc.) despite having everything else + the hotel is on the third floor and there’s no elevator to bring your suitcase up

The receptionist are all very kind and smiling.
The bedding is comfy af
They cleaned my room everyday and changed all towels everyday too even though I hang them.
The room is spacious
TV has many channels
The lights, you could choose if you want bright white light, white light or warm light!
The area seems to be very dodgy, but it's not at all. It's just on a small alley way
There is no elevator
I reported shower hose is leaking (water leaks a lot than going to the shower head), they checked and said its okay. But the leak is still there.
The coffee packaging, is not tear friendly. So hard to open.
It's really not a bad thing at all. Just these things happened.
I will still come here again.

"The facility was very clean, but there was an unpleasant smell coming from the sink. The reception staff was very helpful, and the beds were extremely clean. Housekeeping was done daily."
