Comfy and good location - a great base to explore Milan for a couple of nights. Peaceful

The check in time finishes at 10pm, which we didn’t realise. Luckily we arrived with a few mins to spare.

We stayed at Porto Nuova 38 apartment and found it to be spacious, clean and in a good neighbourhood. The Aircon during this time of year was much appreciated.

Nothing, it was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Milan. The apartment was very nice, spacious, and in a great location. We felt very safe throughout our stay. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay there again.

Nothing

The apartment was clean. Customer service was polite and responsive.

The booking process was confusing. The way the property is presented on Booking.com made it easy to think we were booking a different location, and the exact address was not clearly shown with a map during the selection process. The building is old, and although the apartment has been renovated, the quality of the renovation was below expectations. Some electrical outlets were not working, the microwave was very old, and the washing machine did not dry clothes properly. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the listing could be more transparent, and the apartment would benefit from better maintenance. A tip for future guests: pay close attention when selecting your apartment. The suggested options may include apartments in different locations, and the exact address is only shown in the apartment name without a map during the selection process. Don’t assume all the apartments are in the same area as the main listing—some are in different districts and may be farther from the city center than expected.
