Everything! Clean and tidy, comfortable. The food was amazing, we enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant and we had breakfast, where the choices were plentiful. We sat in the bar having a drink before our meal and it was very cosy and relaxing. The hotel is in an excellent location just a few minutes walk to the indoor shopping centre, which has everything you need. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, we will definitely stay there again 😊
The fact that due to having to go home we couldn't stay longer 😊

The size of the room and bed was very comfortable. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel. Swift service in the restaurant. Great facilities. Lovely food too.
Charging £2.50 for a bar of chocolate and £5 tray fee for room service. Seems extortionate.
Also the bar wasn't always manned so we had to wait quite a while to catch someone's attention and be served.

Location
Breakfast service was poor in that tables were slow to clear and we didn’t have a table for a while. The fruit was frozen. There was no decent TV channel in the room. The air con noise outside the room was loud. The water pressure in the shower was weak. We had a room for 3 but only 2 towels and cups etc.
