The staff were very helpful prior to our arrival when we had a special request. They accommodated our needs and provided exceptional service.
After arriving, the gym staff went over and above on another request for assistance.
I promise this is not usually how we roll, but we needed further assistance with the TV in our room. The maintenance man was under the pump, but still managed to swiftly fix our issue and was very good about it.
The restaurant staff were fantastic too. The food at the Italian restaurant was delicious.
The room was beautiful, spacious and comfy. The views were outstanding.
