Hotel Miceli - Civico 50

This property is extremely well located and close to the major tourist sites. I had a very comfortable stay. The lady who checked me in was very helpful.

-I received multiple communications prior to my arrival, via (1) booking.com (2) whatsapp (3) email I found this very confusing and upon arrival I was frustrated because my PIN that the hotel gave me didn't work and I didn't know which communication channel was the right one. Eventually the hotel agreed that the code wasn't working and gave me a new one -the lift is not always responsive. I was on the fourth floor and often when I pressed for the lift, nothing happened, so I used the stairs.

Receptionist was very nice. Advised us on local restaurants

Breakfast was not available There was a kitchen which we were able to use.We some of our own food in the fridge

It was nicely located, quiet area, comfortable, cozy and clean

A great location near most of the sights in Florence.

The room looked like it was in rough shape, part of the headboard was coming out of the wall and the walls were covered in scuff marks. Not a huge issue for our stay, but it is an electronic check in, which some people may find confusing.
