Great base for visiting Florence. The room was clean and the slippers provided were a lovely touch. We had everything we needed for our stay.
It isn't very soundproof (our room was on the main stairwell and there was a lot of noise from people coming and going as well as from the reception below, though we had headphones so this wasn't too much of an issue for us but something to bear in mind when booking)

The location is fantastic. You are 10-15 minutes or less from the heart of the city and most major attractions. It came in handy when wanting to quickly get back for a change of clothes. The room was also clean and quiet, and the staff was very hospitable! They immediately resolved any queries I may have had.
It was not a major issue for me but the water pressure was kind of weak. I believe that may be normal in summer in such a big and old building, however.

"Lovely stay, would happily recommend!
The location was convenient for exploring Florence on foot, with the Duomo, Accademia, Mercato Centrale and many of the other main sights all within easy walking..."
