Just Hotel Milano

Upgraded my room tho it wasn't necessary for a lone traveller. Room is modern, clean & spacious. Staff are smiley & able to assist my needs. Appreciated the coffee & tea with kettle. Breakfast was also surprisingly very nice as well. Thanks!

I had another booking the following day under hotel directly. Only issue when I booked in at the beginning, I already informed the staff that I'd like to stay in 1 room & not move around. She never mentioned anything about moving me out. Following day on the 10th when I returned to find my door locked. Reception told me a family had booked the room. That's not the point. What if I had returned very late & that would have been such a big inconvenience for the family as well. For my inconvenience, another staff offered me complimentary breakfast for the 11th. Thank you for that at the very least. Perhaps in future not to upgrade the family room to lone travellers. Really not necessary. My smaller room was nicely furnished. Only wished i had the kettle for hot drinks. Thank you regardless tho for this stay. I m still impressed by all the cleanliness of the facilities.

Location is right next to the metro station and across the road to the central station. There are restaurants nearby and even a McDonald's! Breakfast was nice, beds were super comfy, air con worked well and shower was powerful. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day with fresh towels and bedding and re-stocked the mini bar. Really pleased 😃

We had a room for 3. My husband, myself and our teenage son. We weren't in the hotel that much so it was OK but the room was a big on the small side for 3 grown ups. Tv wouldn't allow English subtitles- it kept defaulting to Italian! Not the end of the world though! We didn't really have time to watch the TV! Also the room was a bit dark. The window didn't let in much light and if was impossible to do my make up next to the mirror as it had a downlight above it. Honestly though these are very minor issues. The hotel is great and we would stay there again.

Very helpful staff great location adjacent Milano centrale

We had breakfast early and some of the hot food was not very warm

Paid 3 times what it was worth. There was no gym facility.
