Room was in the original mansion and very spacious, the private tour of the Alhambra arranged by the hotel was informative and the guide filled us in on lots of details, and dinner at the hotel outside was delicious. Thanks so much!

Traffic noise can be heard from the rooms. Your sleep can be disrupted. Number of staff is inadequate at breakfast. Staff are rushing to catch up with the clients but it fiber stress for clients

We were given an upgrade which was really nice of them. The staff were always so helpful and friendly. The location was great if you want to be right in the center of town with easy access to all the cafes and restaurants and shops.

I always feel breakfast falls short of expectations in Europe compared to the Middle East and Asia . They had a small menu to order your type of eggs etc which was good but the buffet selection is minimum with some fruits , yoghurt cups , pork products ( no catering to Muslims on meats). The room can very dark at night due to the lighting. Since the location is in the city you can expect car noises at night. The bathroom bidet is outdated with two tapes for hot and cold which is difficult to use. I would recommended the WC itself having the water built in like other hires in Spain. The shower tap was also difficult as you couldn’t adjust the temperature well.

The room and location of hotel was nice, breakfast was good.

The people serving at restaurant were not friendly nor willing to fit 9 people together in the restaurant, arguing that we did not make reservations.
