The hotel was in an excellent location. The rooms were really nice and clean; I can’t fault them at all. Loads of activities for the children from the play area to the arcade and mini aqua park. The pools were clean and there were plenty of sun-beds.
The food was a big disappointment very repetitive not a lot of options also the food information ie ingredients, types of meats wasn’t labelled and I found staff to be very unhelpful when I repeatedly asked I kept getting told ‘I don’t know’ instead of them trying to find the information for me especially as I have a child with food allergies.

The swimming pools ans outdoor area was really good and my kids could enjoy themselves.

The room was clean and tidy nice balcony view
I arrived and I had to wait for my room. I took my shirt off and put it on the Sunlounger when I’d come back somebody stole it. if you wanted a drink at the bar an hour and a half you have to wait..
