100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·wrz 2026
Good location once we found it , close to the boat stop. Rooms and bar are beautiful although a standard room was fairly small . Really lovely staff who were helpful and welcoming . Good variety at breakfast
We arrived at the bar 15 minutes before it was due to close , no service which was disappointing . Small bathroom

Breakfast was magnificent!
Bar advertised as open 3-10 daily but both times we tried to get a drink there, it was closed or not staffed

Beautiful, clean and comfortable room. We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the bar and outdoor terrace as well.
It’s a short walk from the water taxi station but a number of stairs. Keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage. This would be typical of most properties in Venice though.

Stayed in apartment not hotel.
The apartment was just okay… not comfortable sofas.
Housekeeping needs to be improved! Had a robe that was tattered and frayed. Lacked a wine opener. Rules on charges for dirty dishes left in sink … but they provided no room cleaning. TV was left on Chinese language.
Should have been checked before new guests arrived.
