Great location. Was a lovely property and staff were extremely friendly

We had a private bathroom but it was down the hall in a separate room next to another guests room. A bit of an odd set up and wasn’t too keen on this.

The placec was located really well for walking around town. It was quaint and gave you a really good feel for the city

It was a little hard to find at first since I was unfamiliar with the bus system and ended up walking 20 minutes and had to take a ferry to cross the grand canal. But once we learned the town it was excellent. I wouldnt want to carry luggage to there from airport.

although small, (but that is the Venice experience, right?) The customer service was the best I have ever experienced in all my travels; the staff went above and beyond every day. I can't say enough about the staff, especially Anthony.

small accommodations, no frig in room but the staff was very accommodating to chill what we needed and provide us ice for our cooler.

Location is good, it is not in the main busy area but not too far from it, very walkable. Staff is really nice and helpful. Bed is comfortable, rooms are cleaned every day and new towels provided every day as well. Since it has hotel in the name, I was expecting to find a hotel, but it is more like a guest house.

No fridges in the rooms, so we couldn’t even keep our drinks cold and no options to buy at the property either. If you get thirsty during the night, good luck. Breakfast was very simple, no savory options available, not to our liking. Location was not easy to find at first, since the entry is at the back of the road. Bathroom is very small and the shower area is tiny, it was a bit weird to shower as the water was hitting the walls no matter which position I would put the shower. No place to hang the wet towels open.
