Artefes Hotel Old City& Spa

Lovely hotel with beautiful view

We love the location and the attentive service, Ibrahim helped immensely and made our stay special

Another wonderful stay at this hotel. As a returning guest, it is lovely to see that the experience keeps getting better each time. The staff are always exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which truly makes you feel at home. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is excellent, and the view of the Sea of Marmara from the terrace is simply unforgettable. Breakfasts are delicious, with plenty to enjoy and a great start to the day. Thank you to the entire team for another fantastic stay. I look forward to coming back again soon!

Staff were great, friendly and very helpful with good service. I enjoyed my hammam and massage from Muna. We were served by Onkur, who was very welcoming, Onush was also very hardworking and hospitable during breakfast.

There was constant music and outside noise up till 2am on some nights, which disturbed our sleep, it's not really the hotel's fault as it was from their neighbours playing karaoke.
