Breakfast was good, room was very spacious, food in the restaurants was excellent. Spa facilities were excellent, and it was nice to have it included in the price. Staff were very attentive of our needs, hotel was nice and quiet at night.
Room was very warm at night, and it was difficult to sleep at times, as I just could not get comfortable, but this may have been just my personal experience. Got a steak the first night at the restaurant on the rooftop, i had to send it back as it was not cooked to my liking. It returned still under done, but i finished it as i had waited long enough.

Rooms were clean and spacious , breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of food from the buffet or the hot breakfast menu . All communal areas were spotlessly clean , pool and thermal suites were lovely and dinner in the bar was delicious with a great variety on the menu .
Car park - the spaces were very tight and there were pillars in the way so hard to get in or out of the spaces

Room is clean and the view around the area is very good.
Called the staff and asked prior to booking if 3 guests need to pay anything extra and was told no and then when checking out they charged extra €145 (€45 discount) for the 3rd guest when the 3rd guest didn’t even have breakfast. I felt no communication between staff. Parking facility was bad. Very confined space better to pay €3 and park outside for the whole day.
