Location was great - near to tubes and buses and able to walk along the Thames River.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful and always smiling.
Room had everything we needed and comfortable
Breakfast was offered in a Brasserie and open to everyone

Convenient location, very comfortable bed, clean, friendly and attentive staff
Small bathroom, plug didn’t seal the water in the sink, no herbal tea in the room.

Location is perfect. Near to tube and bus, walking distance to the Thames.
Room size is very good. Bathroom size is good.
Overall new looking facility, no wear and tear visible
It was clean all around.
The Lounge area is cosy
Heating was not working in the room but weather was OK.

Great location two minutes away from St Paul's, plenty of cafes bars and restaurants nearby. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Toilet has drainage issues. A/C is present, but it's not particularly effective and makes the noise of an engine at takeoff, without much control over the fan speed (either on or off). Cleanliness was not impeccable. Room size small, but not unusual for London standards. Overall decent stay, but not worth the money.
