Very friendly hostess. Good value for money. Parking right at the property was a bonus. I didn’t have the breakfast.
The room was pretty small.

It was clean and convenient location to the train station.
We were in room L7 in the basement. It was hot in the room and difficult to sleep due to a bright security light outside the window. The stairs were narrow so it was hard to get our suitcase down them. We also had to have the window open and thus listen to all the street noise.
