Very good guesthouse, very friendly landlady, clean and tidy room, could sleep well in the bed, had booked a tiny single room and was upgraded to a double room for free (thank you for that!)

Comfy beds. Plenty of space in the room. Great location for me for work.

Room, including bathroom was clean. It was well stocked with tea and coffee facilities.
It was quiet and I slept really well.
The booking in system and access to the rooms was very easy.
The staff were amazing.
Nothing!

The property is ok, staff was friendly at check in. Parking was a bit of a hassle as it’s street parking only. Dated facilities but they are making improvements. Bathrooms were very clean.
We booked three people per room, but each room only had two towels. Beds were uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. Carpet was dirty & cut near bathroom, wood floors would be more sanitary. Room was also pretty hot and the small
Provided fan didn’t do much.
