Had such a lovely and pleasant time staying here! We were offered the room of our choice! It’s easy to find and close to everything, including the beach! Will stay there everyone I go to Hastings

So many stairs, and we were on the third floor. But lovely view and all else was good.

We loved our room, good size, fab high ceiling, sea view. Really quiet even though it is on the sea front. Parking easy and reasonable price in underground car park ( look it up before you go to find the entrance road). Fridge in room was a bonus. Bath was huge and shower perfectly effective with really hot water. Armine was lovely. Would definitely stay again.
