Hotel Suba Palace Near Gateway of India

The best hospitality. All the staff were kind, offered a welcome drink, took my bags to my room, someone brought complementary coconut water to my room. When I was leaving for the airport at 3:30 am, the concierge called the night before to ask what time I was checking out and packed some sandwiches for breakfast with fruit, juice, and water even though I was not going to be there for the breakfast time. The high tea in the afternoons on the terrace was perfect, nice view of the sea from there as well

Everything is very nice, we got suplimentary breakfast as addition to our booking, everything was nice and hussle free. We would stay there again for sure. Location is brilliant.

Elevator guy is too much, we avoided using it because of him, I think elevator would work more efficient without his service.

The front-line staff are exceptional, kind, and very attentive. The location is excellent, and the cleaning team worked hard to address issues immediately.

Management (AGM Ibrahim Shaikh) was completely unreachable and ignored two emails and messages. First stay: façade under construction, closed rooftop, and windows that wouldn't seal. Second stay: hotel only disclosed construction via message after booking. I was moved to a quieter room, but it was much smaller, had a plumbing leak, and flies. Despite two visits, the manager was "unavailable" both times. No upgrade or compensation was offered for the smaller room or lack of advertised facilities.
