Staff at check in desk were helpful to find an alternative room when Booking.com made an error with the booking.
Booking.Com made an error when making the booking with Premier Inn Gatwick- they requested a double bed with accessible shower and NOT the Twin room I requested and confirmed in the booking.
Premiere Inn were reluctant to change the room allocation but after some pleading the Manager found me a twin room.
I will not book hotel accommodation via Booking.com again. Will always go directly to the hotel so that any errors can be rectified.

The hotel was extremely busy on arrival, reception is on the 1st floor and one lift was out of action. Therefore the queues for the lift were lengthy to get to checkin.
The hotel bar also had a very large queue and the queue for the restaurant was out the door so likely a very long wait if you wanted a drink or dinner.

Didn't get room paid for via urselves as I booked twin room and booking.com booked an accessible double needed room with wet room
Also had paperwork from booking.vom to say breakfast would be 10.50 and was charged 14.99
Each totally unacceptable
Correct room Right price for breakfast and mot to be told fully booked could not move us and wouldn't agree to breakfast price as advertised
