Very clean and cosy
Nothing, we were looked after well. We had a vulnerable guest so they allowed us 2 extra hours after check out and also to stay in the garden, the weather was lovely so all went well.

Good location, took the bus from Gatwick Airport. (Bus 100 fastways is much cheaper than GH1 and the bus stop is much closer for it). Staff was kind and showed me to my room. They are open 24h so you can check it at any time, which for me is a big plus.
Room was spacious, had teas and cookies, and water. Bathroom was also large enough.
Bed was comfy and room was nice and warm.
Did not have any issue with noise.
Left at 4 AM and check out was smooth.
I'd say great for the price when traveling. I don't think anybody cares for the decor for one night!!
Couldn't open the window to get some fresh air.

The main advantage is walkable distance to a bus stop which is six minutes to Gatwick terminal north on a 100 bus .
I thought I was getting a much bigger , luxury looking room but didn’t swipe through all the photos and of course the room I saw was just’ representative ‘ of their double rooms but I in fact got a much smaller one . The fridge hadn’t been cleaned . There was some weird sticky stain on the bathroom floor and a stain on the ceiling. I expected higher standards for £97 per night
