Great location, easy to find, friendly staff who dealt with an small issue I had promptly and efficiently.
One of the bedside lights didn’t work.
It is a shame about the additional charge for overnight parking.

Easy to find , on bus routes and lots of facilities in the area.
Nothing we didn’t like

Quiet location. Local bus to service to Gatwick very good.
The shower cubicle was rather basic & leaked. The beds were adequate but not special.
